I’ve never been fond of the support people who take every chance to deride their customers. When it comes to technology there are people who build it, teach it and [need to] learn it.

I found the video Introducing the Book via O’reilly Radar that I believe captures the spirit of the help desk / customer relationship. It’s a parody, of course, but fun.
